 I called Bruce to clean an area rug, sofa, ottoman, sofa, and stair runner that really needed a good cleaning due to my dog and years of my children doing what kids do. Bruce came the following day, gave me a great price, and scheduled a cleaning for the following week. He was prompt, professional, and did an incredible job. Everything looks new.   We have used DMS twice to clean our area rugs and could not be happier. Bruce was respectful of our preference to use a less chemical option, but was honest the formula might not get the rugs as clean. We thought they looked great after his work. He's easy to work with, easy to get a hold of through texts, easy to schedule an appointment. I never got a hard sell when I asked how frequently we should get them cleaned (6 months is ideal for high traffic rugs, but he didn't want to seem untrustworthy, so a year is fine). It's such a relief to find a business you trust. We'll continue to use Bruce's services. Highly recommend.
