Steam - Carpet Cleaning Steam Cleaning is most
popular for office/commercial carpet cleaning
applications and is widely used. We use truck mounted
steam cleaning equipment -not under powered portables,
which is what a lot of carpet cleaning services use in
commercial cleaning spaces- and although our equipment
is very powerful it may not produce satisfactorily
results on its own. Commercial carpeting tends to take a
beating and is usually not vacuumed or maintained
properly therefore, it may not be the method we
recommend. We need to see your office/commercial space
to evaluate its condition.
Low Moisture
-
Carpet Maintenance This method of cleaning is great as a
part of an office/commercial cleaning maintenance
program. It allows use of the space almost immediately
and the carpeting will look great. The cleaners we use
are not like the shampoos commonly used by commercial
maintenance crews. They work entirely different in that
they will actually encapsulate dirt/soil and dry brittle
for easy vacuuming the following day. The commercial
cleaning solutions commonly used are sticky and actually
attract more dirt/soil. This is not a method to use
solely for maintaining carpet and this is what some
cleaning/janitorial companies use quite frequently and
contributes to early wear and tear.
Dual Method
- Carpet Restoration If your office carpets have not been cleaned in a while
-
and/or have been maintained by companies with inferior
equipment and shampoo type cleaning solutions- this is the cleaning
you will need. A heated pre-treatment is applied and agitated
into carpeting with our low moisture cleaning unit. We
then follow up with a hot steam rinse. This will
thoroughly flush out all contaminants from the carpet
leaving them completely cleaned and sanitized. Having to
use this method can be avoided by following a proper
commercial cleaning maintenance program.
