Carpet Steam Cleaning  
 We first will inspect carpeting to see where -if any- the problem areas are and if needed we will apply are pre-spray. For the cleaning process we thoroughly go over your carpet with a tool called a wand. This cleaning tool (which is attached to two hoses) disperses a heated cleaning solution. We use green/organic cleaning products that break down contaminants/soils allowing this matter to be easily vacuumed up and sent to the van's waste tank. Since this machine is extremely powerful ,your carpeting may be dry in as little as three hours!
 
 

Low Moisture -Dry  Carpet Cleaning
 This method originally designed for commercial office cleaning because its quick drying time has become quite popular over the last few years for residential carpet cleaning. We can clean some oriental type rugs ,as well as, wall to wall carpeting. The carpet is sprayed with an organic/bio-based encapsulation cleaner and brushed with a cylindrical machine. The organic cleaners we use for this method are remarkable in that they do not leave any sticky dirt attracting residue behind. The dirt will actually crystallize/encapsulate and then can be dry vacuumed afterwards.

 

Dual Method  Carpet Cleaning
 If your carpets have not been cleaned in a while and/or have heavily soiled areas/traffic patterns this is the cleaning you will need. First a pre spray is applied and agitated into carpeting with our low moisture cleaning unit. We then follow up with a hot steam rinse. This will thoroughly flush out all contaminants from the carpet leaving them completely cleaned and sanitized.

Area Rug Cleaning  
Some people do not realize that their area rugs may be cleanable right in their home. Also, most companies do not actually have a "rug cleaning plant" they are simply taking your rugs and cleaning them on their shop floors and charging you $2 to $3 per square foot! Ouch! We are able to clean a wide variety of rugs by using proper ph balanced cleaning solutions -that are gentile and do not degrade the natural fibers of many area rugs-, a special wand with a "glide" and controlled heat.
